Terminate by Employer? What is you right!
Before : Never ever succumb to any statement used to threaten you during Domestic Inquiry (DI). Never ever agree or confess to any statement.
1. After being dismissed by your employer.. immediate seek legal advise on the termination process flow. This will gives you a lots of information on what to do next.
Keep all your evidence such as MCs, Text Message to your superior, or any documents that related to your termination. Which will be beneficial for you.
2. (Within 2 month after termination)
Based on your salary ..if its less than 2500. You can immediately proceed to Jabatan Buruh or Labour Office. The officer there will assist you to lodged complaint to your employer…
If you make more than 2500k a month…or  you are an executive level being dismissed without concrete reason..immediate filed your case to Jabatan Perhubungan Industri..this is mainly to reinstate back to your position or to reach mutual agreement on both sides on your appeal or petisyen. If there is no decision being made by both party during ‘runding damai ‘..then only your case will be forwarded to Mahkamah Industri. Which is always being avoided by employer.
3. Always keep calm and try to look for another job asap..after being terminate.
4. If possible please read the Akta Pekerja 1955 / Labour Law so that you know whats your right as a staff or worker.
5. Get as many information as possible on your right before you meeting again with your employer during runding damai coordinate by Jabatan Perusahaan.

However..we did it!
I am so proud with my ERT team..the Emergency Drill received thumbs up from the CEO and directors. Despite most of them are new members they has been very participate and cooperate resulting successful drill operation. I am so relief the 4 months planning and coordinate has already ends with good result. Thank you!
When challenges challenge you back..
Its 16th Ramadhan today..
Fasting month for moslems to worship the Creator..to increase the level of deen. This holy month particularly this year is so diffrent..for me. I had a new job..new life..new environment. All for me to digest and slowly blend in. But my friend told me that my progress is really2 slow. Till now altough i am working for almost 4 months with my latest company i am still struggling.. compare to my previous experience it just took me a month to readjust myself. Construction is tough and physically tiring .. but manufacturing in the other hands not that easy either. A proposal might takes months before can get the approval. With numbers of presentation and q&a…why..why..why..
You must be ready..because time is not their major concern the change is the one….
As a safety practitioner..you might face tonnes of frustration and rejections. For me..its important for the management to at least have knowledge on local legal requirement..standards and their responsibility. In short they need to learn about safety management as well.
For Safety practitioner …this time the challenge is to keep youself motivated..all the times. Which is not easy..with people around you talk the opposites. I hope and pray that i am able to overcome and conquered my weakness & Keep focusing on my main objective..the reason why i am choosing to be here.
To my kids ..and my beloved buddy . You are my inspirations. For me to better and better each day.

Frankly.. i dont have wide my knowledge or experience on chemical handling exspecially in manufacturing. In construction the usage of chemicals is very limited..the way to manage also so basic and simple.
…due to that i am totally zero knowledge but i am so lucky to have my best buddy whose very experience and wiling patiently to share with me. This is because of 2 sessions of chemical training including ROHS,SW and PPEÂ that i need to conduct for operators.
I know i have to prepare my self with training materials ..knowledge … or else i might look stupid in front of them. Regardless..i must be ready.. learning new things should be fun..right?
Do you know starting from April 2015..CLASS Reg. 2013 will be enforced nationwide. So be prapared..
A short break is all i need…
I just finished the longest marathon… in life.
Be up here and flashback the moments i ve been through. Now… All i need is to start breathing..again.

Life..
Life always fascinated me…its fulls of surprises.. just like a roller coaster ride. Its February and..i had already facing tonnes of challenges. Regardless, i am grateful.
My niche with aviation safety end earlier than i expected..although i am a bit frustrated at the beginning but when i think about it.. at least i have gain experience there. Now i am joining another sector; manufacturing. Okay..sound boring.. i know.. but i just realized the safety implementation here is much higher compares to construction. They really follow the book and i am very sure i can learn a lots here. First month here .. i have already conducted Chemical training for the production operator. Next will be this month.
I am planning a big event this year..after stumble a few times..i want to rise up with smile and facing the world. To me life without challenges is nothing! There is so much more to gain in life and less to complaint. Thank you Allah!
