I used to feel freak-out when it comes to public speaking.. I’ll be sweating-cold ice, nausea and mumbling.. but that was before, because of my job scope need me to be a good communicator somehow I quickly transform to talking machine :),especially when it comes to Safety, Health and Enviroment matters. Mingle with the safety hard-core guys and tough environment really helps me to re-boot the perception and mind setting.
